Albay is a province of the Philippines located in the Bicol Region in southeastern Luzon Island where the magnificent and symmetrical Mayon Volcano is located. The stratovolcano of Mayon standing at around 2,462 metres (8,077 ft), is the highest point of the province. It is the most famous landform in Albay and in the whole Bicol Region. This active volcano falls under the jurisdiction of eight municipalities and cities of Albay: Camalig, Daraga, Guinobatan, Legazpi City, Ligao City, Malilipot, Santo Domingo, and Tabaco City.
Qingdao ([tɕʰíŋtàu]; also spelled Tsingtao; Chinese: 青岛) is a major city in the east of Shandong Province on China's Yellow Sea coast. It is also a major nodal city of One Belt, One Road (OBOR) Initiative that connects the Asia and Europe. It has the highest GDP of any city in the province.
